ERC-20 HKN on Base · — at — · first come, first served · no KYC at purchase

Buy HKN on Base: pay, and the HKN is in your wallet in the same transaction.

ERC-20 HKN on Base converts 1:1 into native HKN at mainnet through the burn portal, with no deadline. This sale offers — at — each, first come, first served, paid in USDC or USDT. Each purchase is one transaction: — of what you pay goes to the issuer's Safe, — to the Liquidity Vault for the official pool, and the HKN goes straight to your wallet. Purchases are final: no refunds.

The facts, read from the sale contract

Every figure here is read live from the contracts on Base and refreshes on its own; nothing is typed in by hand. The price, the amount for sale, the minimum per purchase, the start time and the split are fixed in the sale contract and cannot be changed. There is no end date: the sale runs until every HKN for it is bought (a remainder smaller than one minimum purchase cannot be bought), or until the issuer's Safe ends it, once and for good.

Warnings

Do not buy if you are on a sanctions list or in a sanctioned country. The sale refuses wallets the Chainalysis sanctions oracle lists (addresses under US sanctions).

Final, and no KYC at purchase. There are no refunds, for any reason. The sale asks for no identity documents and checks no location. Identity verification (KYC) happens at mainnet, under the process the issuer publishes before it; it gates conversion to native HKN, with no deadline. The Terms on this site are the ones the sale contract carries a fingerprint of; your browser checks that before any purchase is offered.

One purchase, one transaction

You approve exactly the amount, or sign one USDC authorization for exactly the amount, and the sale contract does the rest in the same transaction: it checks the Terms fingerprint and your wallet against the Chainalysis sanctions oracle (wallet addresses under US sanctions), sends — of the stablecoin to the issuer's Safe and — to the Liquidity Vault, and sends the HKN from the sale contract to your wallet. Nothing is held in escrow, there is nothing to claim later and nothing to wait for.

The round

— at —, first come, first served. Each purchase is filled in full or refused in full: if you ask for more than is left, the contract refuses and nothing moves. The minimum per purchase is —; there is no cap per buyer. No end date: the sale stops when everything is bought (a remainder smaller than the minimum cannot be bought; it can only go back to the timelock) or when the issuer's Safe ends it. USDC and USDT are both accepted; the issuer's Safe can close USDT once and for good.

Sanctions

The sale contract checks the buying wallet against the Chainalysis sanctions oracle on Base, a list Chainalysis keeps of wallet addresses under US sanctions, and refuses a wallet on that list: nothing moves. If the oracle cannot answer, purchases are refused. The oracle knows wallet addresses, not countries: the warning on this page is yours to respect.

The token's pause and the final freeze

The issuer's Safe can pause HKN at any time, a power meant for emergencies: every transfer stops except burning, so conversion through the burn portal is never stopped. The issuer plans to freeze HKN on Base for good 60–90 days after the mainnet launch (plan), on a date announced in advance (the Safe can freeze it at any time): from then on it can only be burned, and only a burn through the burn portal converts it. Liquidity providers and trading venues must take their HKN out of pools before that date.

Transfers

HKN can be moved freely from the first purchase. Anyone can create their own pool at any price; the official pool is the one on the signed address list.

The burn portal (1:1 at mainnet)

At mainnet, the burn portal on Base burns your HKN and the same amount of native HKN is released to the native address you name, 1:1, with no deadline. It is inert until the issuer activates it at mainnet; a pause never stops it. Conversion requires the identity verification at mainnet, which the burn portal does not check; a burn cannot be undone and a wrong native address cannot be corrected, so follow the issuer's published process before you burn.

Liquidity: — of every purchase

— of every purchase goes to the Liquidity Vault. While the sale is open (started, and neither the sale nor the token paused), the vault adds that USDC, with matching HKN from its own balance, to the official Uniswap v3 HKN/USDC pool in rounds (the issuer's bot is planned to check continuously and to send a round whenever the vault can add; anyone may trigger one); before the start and during a pause it adds nothing and the USDC waits. It adds only at a price that passes its checks, and never outside about — of the sale price, up or down: once it holds a position of its own in the pool, it goes by the pool's own average over the last —, and the current price must also agree with the average over the last — and with the price at the start of the block; while it holds none (before its first add, or after liquidity was removed from its position through the timelock), it goes by the sale price and adds at most — of USDC in that round, and the next round, which may follow at once, goes by the pool's own averages. A round is skipped when the pool price was just moved away from those references; the FAQ names what these checks cannot see. Liquidity additions end with the sale: once the sale can no longer sell (it was ended, or what is left is less than one minimum purchase), the vault never adds again, and what is left in it can only go to fixed destinations — its HKN to the timelock, its USDC and USDT to the issuer's Safe. The vault's share of a USDT purchase is forwarded to the issuer's Safe, which plans to convert it to USDC and send it back to the vault only while the sale is open and the pool's price is within about — of the sale price, just before a round that can add it; what it has not sent back when the sale ends stays with it. If the vault's HKN runs out, its USDC waits until more HKN is added through the timelock. Liquidity can only be removed from the vault's position, and its fees collected, through the timelock, announced at least — ahead (anyone may add liquidity to it, as to any Uniswap position). The price in the pool is set by trading, including any trading by the issuer.

Security status

The core chain is not independently audited yet; an audit engagement with CertiK began on 2 September 2026 and no report exists.

The source of the Base contracts used by this sale (token, sale, Liquidity Vault, burn portal) is published and verified; each address on the signed address list links to the explorers where its source can be checked against the deployed code. These contracts have been reviewed in independent rounds by an AI system, Claude Fable 5.1, in October 2026, and by the issuer's own review; the review reports are not published. No audit report by a human firm exists on them.

A Node Key is an ERC-721 node licence and does not entitle the holder to any token.

Only the signed address list is authoritative. The only valid HKN, sale, Liquidity Vault, pool and burn-portal addresses are on the signed address list of this site, verified in your browser against the Safe's on-chain signature: copy them from there, never from a post or a message. This site never asks you to send USDC or USDT to an address, never asks for a seed phrase and never asks you to “validate” a wallet. Nobody from the team will message you first.
